These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Nuri, provided by Gentle Giant Labs. By using Nuri, you agree to these terms.

Use of Nuri

Nuri is a worship habit tracking and companion app. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

No Religious, Medical, or Professional Advice

Nuri provides habit tracking, reminders, and motivational tools. It is not a religious authority, medical provider, legal advisor, or substitute for qualified guidance. You are responsible for your own religious practice, health decisions, and use of the app.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the information you enter, the reminders you enable, and how you interpret progress inside the app. Nuri is designed to encourage consistency, but it cannot guarantee personal, spiritual, health, or behavioral outcomes.

App Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Nuri at any time. Features such as widgets, Apple Watch sync, notifications, and optional permissions may depend on your device, operating system, and Apple platform availability.

Third-Party Services

Nuri may link to third-party apps or websites, including Quran and prayer-related services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

Intellectual Property

Nuri, including its design, artwork, text, software, and brand elements, is owned by Gentle Giant Labs or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Nuri except as allowed by law or written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Nuri, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use it to violate law or the rights of others, or remove ownership notices.

Disclaimer

Nuri is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not promise that Nuri will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every expectation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Gentle Giant Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of Nuri.

Apple Terms

If you download Nuri through Apple's App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as Nuri changes. The effective date at the top of the page shows when these terms were last updated.
